Prior to Peapack-Gladstone Bank, Mr. Andersen served as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager at Capital One, N.A.; Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager at Santander Bank, N.A.; and First Vice President and Commercial Executive, NJ Corporate Banking at HSBC.  

Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Montclair State University and is an active member of the national networking group, Business Forums International (Newark Chapter).  He is also a proactive member of Our Lady of Magnificat Church in Kinnelon, New Jersey, serving in various ministry roles.
