He has held senior executive roles at companies such as Pinterest and Google, where he led large-scale international teams and implemented strategies that drove user engagement and business expansion across diverse markets.
Recently, Satadip served as Global Vice President of Strategy and Operations at PagerDuty and as a Chief Customer Officer at ActiveCampaign, where he was responsible for building and aligning customer success, support, and experience teams to deliver consistent value across the customer lifecycle. He is also a recognized thought leader on customer-centric growth, frequently speaking on the intersection of technology, operations, and customer success.
