The Company has chosen the name "Quantum e−Motion" to replace Quantum Numbers Corp.
Francis Bellido, CEO, commented: "This rebranding strategy reflects both the evolution of the Company as well as its vision for the future. The new name Quantum e−Motion is not only evocative and catchy, but it also relates to the Company's core technology and its uniqueness. Along with this change, a newly redesigned company logo will be revealed, and a new website is planned to be launched the same day. The Company will also announce its move to a new headquarters located at the Technoparc Montreal, one of Canada's most cutting-edge scientific park (2300 Boulevard Alfred Nobel, Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 2A4).
The AGM will be host in a virtual-only format in response to the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic.
