As part of the agreement, the company will now operate under the name Jack Cramer & Associates LLC (Cramer & Associates). The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Mr. Nixon brings nearly two decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry to his expanded role. His appointment as majority stakeholder in the company follows his recent appointment as President.
