Her experience spans McKinsey & Company, IRI (Circana), Morningstar, and Dumbstruck, Inc., where she led cross-functional initiatives in predictive analytics, transformation strategy, and AI-driven decision frameworks.

At Revenue Optics, Nehra will lead the Client Delivery & Data Analytics function — managing multi-workstream consulting engagements, architecting data models that inform sales strategy, and operationalizing analytics into measurable ROI. Her mandate is clear: bridge executive strategy with analytical execution —turning data into acceleration.

Most recently, she served as Director of Analytics at Dumbstruck, an AI-powered emotion-analytics firm, where she led the transformation of audience engagement data into actionable insights for global brands.
