Polibeli Group, a global digital supply chain service provider, is reportedly evaluating a potential move into the computing infrastructure sector, according to sources familiar with the matter.

Headquartered in Jakarta, Polibeli operates a digital platform offering end-to-end supply chain solutions for small and medium-sized retailers across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. Its services include product sourcing, cross-border logistics, distribution, and brand operations. The company went public on Nasdaq in August 2025 through a SPAC merger and reported nearly 33% year-over-year revenue growth in 2024.

The reported move comes amid rapid expansion in the global computing power market. Gartner estimates that global AI spending will reach $2.52 trillion by 2026, with AI infrastructure accounting for $1.37 trillion. Meanwhile, the global data center market is projected to exceed $800 billion by 2033, driven by sustained demand for high-performance computing.

Sources indicate that Polibeli has formed an internal task force to assess opportunities in overseas computing infrastructure. Early-stage evaluations are said to focus on regions with strong energy availability, such as Central Asia, as well as markets with concentrated high-end demand, including Japan. The initiative remains in a preliminary research phase, with no final decisions disclosed.

Some sources also suggest that Polibeli’s long-term strategy could extend beyond data centers to adjacent segments such as liquid cooling technologies and customized chips.

Industry observers note that such a move reflects both the maturation of the digital supply chain sector and the growing attractiveness of AI infrastructure as a new growth avenue. If executed successfully, the expansion could provide Polibeli with a second growth driver and enhance its positioning in global capital markets.
