The Problem

Cold calling a building, waiting on callbacks, negotiating placement agreements, watching deals fall apart. Property managers deal with the flip side: random calls from operators they know nothing about and no easy way to figure out what a fair deal looks like. Two Ways to Lock In a Location

There are two ways to secure a vending machine location on VendSpace. With a Standard agreement, operators pay a one-time claim fee and the location is theirs. With a Revenue Share agreement, the operator places machines and splits a percentage of sales with the property owner. It works well for operators who want to grow without putting capital on the line for every new site.

Turnkey Locations

A portion of listings are marked Turnkey, meaning the property owner has already signed a placement agreement and the location is ready to go. Operators skip the negotiation entirely and move straight to installation.
