Luvlynn Lee, Sean Dolan, and Scott Fitzgerald join as CCO, CRO, and CMO as enterprise network operations teams move from evaluating AI to deploying it

NetBrain Technologies, the pioneer of Agentic NetOps, today announced three executive appointments: Luvlynn Lee as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Sean Dolan as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Scott Fitzgerald as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

The appointments are the latest in a deliberate sequence of moves. Following Blackstone's majority investment and Bernadette Nixon's appointment as CEO in January 2026, NetBrain is now building the customer success, revenue, and marketing leadership to match the scale of the opportunity. Enterprise network operations teams are under compounding pressure: alert volumes are growing, headcount is flat, and the gap between detection and diagnosis and resolution is where business impact lives. The technology to close that gap operationally is production-ready. The leadership build-out reflects a direct investment in getting customers there.

"Our customers are navigating a pivotal moment. They know AI will transform their network operations and they are looking to NetBrain to show them the path. Bringing Luvlynn, Sean, and Scott into the leadership team is a direct investment in that promise and will make us a stronger company. Luvlynn will ensure every customer has a clear and supported journey to Agentic NetOps, Sean will extend that journey to the enterprises who have not yet discovered what autonomous network operations can do for them, and Scott will make sure the market understands what is now possible."

Bernadette Nixon, Chief Executive Officer, NetBrain Technologies

Luvlynn Lee — Chief Customer Officer

Lee brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling customer success, sales, and go-to-market functions at high-growth technology companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Split Software. Prior to Split, she held senior commercial leadership roles at Teradata and earlier at ThousandEyes, the cloud intelligence platform acquired by Cisco, where she helped double annual recurring revenue in two years. Her career has been defined by a consistent ability to turn early customer relationships into scalable, referenceable programs — precisely the operating model NetBrain needs as Agentic NetOps moves from early adopters to mainstream enterprise deployments.

“What drew me to NetBrain is the rare combination of proven technology and a genuinely uncharted category,” said Luvlynn Lee, Chief Customer Officer at NetBrain Technologies. “Agentic NetOps is a fundamentally different way of running a network, and most enterprises are still discovering what it means for them. My job is to be the partner that helps them see the path clearly, take the first step confidently, and realize value faster than they thought possible.”

Sean Dolan — Chief Revenue Officer

Dolan joins NetBrain with an extensive background in enterprise technology revenue leadership, including his most recent role as Chief Revenue Officer at EnterpriseDB. His career includes senior positions at Qlik, Juniper Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, and Nokia Worldwide Services, giving him deep credibility in both the networking infrastructure market and the broader enterprise software go-to-market motion. Dolan is known for building structured, scalable sales organizations that can navigate complex enterprise buying cycles, and activate partner and channel ecosystems to extend market reach, a critical capability as NetBrain expands across new verticals and geographies.

“Network operations will be genuinely transformed by AI, and that creates a significant market opportunity for a company that has done the hard work of building real agentic capability – and NetBrain has,” said Sean Dolan, Chief Revenue Officer at NetBrain Technologies. “My focus will be on making sure we are translating technical leadership into commercial momentum.”

Scott Fitzgerald — Chief Marketing Officer

Fitzgerald brings over 20 years of enterprise technology marketing leadership. Most recently he led marketing at Intapp, the governed AI platform for highly regulated industries, through an IPO and tripled their ARR. Before that, he held CMO and SVP roles at Duck Creek Technologies, BlueSnap, ACI Worldwide, and CA Technologies. He specializes in connecting brand, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation to deliver growth for software-as-a-service companies.

"Enterprise networks are at an inflection point, and NetBrain is the platform built to meet it,” said Scott Fitzgerald, Chief Marketing Officer at NetBrain Technologies. “My job is to make sure the enterprises that need Agentic NetOps can find it, understand it, and act on it."
