(Nasdaq: SUNE) (“the Company”), a leading provider of sustainable solar energy and backup power solutions for households, businesses, and municipalities, today announced that it has re-scheduled the release of its second quarter 2025 financial results and conference call, previously scheduled for August 14, 2025 and August 15, 2025, respectively.

The Company also announced that it filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. As previously disclosed, on July 18, 2025 the Company engaged a new independent registered public accounting firm. The additional time will allow the firm to complete their review as part of the new client process. The Company does not anticipate any material revisions to its financial statements as a result of this one-day extension and currently expects to file its Quarterly Report on Friday, August 15, 2025.

The Company expects to report a number of positive developments across its business for the second quarter of 2025, including expanded gross margin, a robust project backlog, and further strengthening of its overall financial position and debt profile.

The Company will issue its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025 on Monday, August 18, 2025 before the opening of the stock market.
